Churro Dough Preparation

Step 2: Add Flour
Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the flour until the mixture forms a ball. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract until the dough is smooth.
Frying Churros

Step 4: Heat Oil
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Step 5: Pipe Dough
Transfer the churro dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe strips of dough (about 4-6 inches long) into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pot.

Step 6: Fry Churros
Fry churros for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Coating and Serving

Step 7: Prepare Sugar Coating
In a shallow bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Step 9: Serve with Dulce de Leche
To make the Dulce de Leche, simply simmer the can of sweetened condensed milk in a pot of water for about 2 hours, making sure to keep it covered with water. Once done, cool and serve it alongside the churros.
