Sprinkle the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Assembling the Sandwich
