Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- 3
Toss with Oil
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 4
Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- 5
Add Truffle Oil and Parmesan
Remove from the oven and drizzle with truffle oil. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top while the sprouts are still hot, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
