Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients, ensuring the veal is at room temperature before cooking. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Cooking
- 2
Sauté the Veal
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the veal cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Once the oil is hot, add the veal cutlets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the veal from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- 4
Combine and Finish the Dish
Return the cooked veal cutlets to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
