Method
Preparation of Octopus
Clean the Octopus
Rinse the octopus under cold water, removing any beak or innards. Pat it dry with paper towels.
Marinate the Octopus
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the octopus and coat it well. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
Preparation of Potatoes
Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Bake the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
Grilling the Octopus
Serving
Plate the Dish
Once the octopus is grilled, remove it from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Serve it alongside the roasted potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.
