Preparing the Lobster Tails

Preheat the Broiler
Begin by preheating your oven's broiler on high.

Prepare Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently spread the shell apart to expose the meat.

Season Lobster
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
Making the Stuffing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, chopped parsley, Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Stuff the Lobster Tails
Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the exposed lobster meat, pressing lightly to adhere.
Broiling the Lobster Tails

Broil the Lobster
Place the stuffed lobster tails on a broiler pan and position them about 6 inches from the heat source. Broil for about 8-10 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and the stuffing is golden brown.

Carefully remove the lobster tails from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
