Pasta

Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Linguini

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add the linguini pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Seafood

  1. 3

    Sauté Seafood

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Add Seafood

Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and the mussels and clams have opened.

Making Sauce

  1. 5

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.

  2. 6

    Add Cream and Cheese

Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens.

  3. 7

    Season Sauce

Add the chopped parsley, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to the sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Combining and Serving

  1. 8

    Combine

Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the seafood sauce.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
