Cooking Pasta

Boil Linguini
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.

Cook Pasta
Add the linguini pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Seafood

Sauté Seafood
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Making Sauce

Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.

Add Cream and Cheese
Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Season Sauce
Add the chopped parsley, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to the sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Combining and Serving

Combine
Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the seafood sauce.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
