Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are well coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  3. 5

    Serve

Once grilled, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional fresh rosemary if desired.
