Method

Preparation of Shrimp

1

Preheat Broiler

Preheat your broiler to high heat. Allow it to heat up for about 5 minutes.

2

Marinate Shrimp

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.

3

Prepare Broiler Pan

While the shrimp is marinating, line a broiler pan with aluminum foil for easier cleanup. Place a cooling rack on top of the pan.

4

Arrange Shrimp

After marinating, arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the cooling rack. Ensure they are not touching to allow for even cooking.

Cooking Shrimp

5

Broil Shrimp

Place the broiler pan with shrimp under the broiler. Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and slightly charred. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.

Preparation of Spice Sauce

6

Mix Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
