Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add zucchini, bell peppers, and carrots, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add Spinach and Tomatoes
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.
Making the Sauce

Combine Ingredients
Add the canned diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine all ingredients and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Toss Everything Together
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
