Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess water and dry using a salad spinner or patting with paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Add the croutons and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl with the chopped romaine lettuce.

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, finely mince the garlic cloves and anchovy fillets. Add the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to the minced mixture. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

Season the Dressing
Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the flavors as needed.
Combine and Serve

Toss the Salad
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl. Toss gently until the lettuce, croutons, and parmesan are well coated with the dressing.
