In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix well with the juices.

Assemble the Burritos

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat. Spread refried beans on each tortilla, add a generous amount of shredded pork, and top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.

Roll the Burritos

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
