Pambazo Preparation Steps

    Prepare the Filling

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

    Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them. Mix into the chorizo mixture. Season with salt to taste.
