Cooking Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

Cook the Pasta
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

Drain the Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside. Do not rinse.
Sautéing Vegetables

Heat Olive Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook Zucchini and Bell Pepper
Add the chopped zucchini and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.

Season the Mixture
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, stirring well to combine.
Combining and Serving

Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together gently to combine.

Serve
Transfer the pasta to serving bowls. If desired, top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
