Burger Components

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Make the Patties

In a bowl, shape the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burgers

In the same skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Place a slice of Velveeta cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns lightly in the skillet or on a grill until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Spread a generous amount of boom boom sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cheesy patty on top, followed by bacon, coleslaw, and onion rings. Top with the other half of the bun.
