Prepare the Oven
Preheat your broiler to high heat.

Prepare the Fish
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the pollock fillets.

Broil the Fish
Place the seasoned pollock fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Broil for about 5-7 minutes on one side, then flip the fillets and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the fish from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
