Cook the bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon and pepper bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Form the burger patties
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

Cook the burger patties
In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Velveeta cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread bacon jam, add a burger patty with melted cheese, top with crispy bacon, and finish with the top half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the Bacon Bacon Burger warm with your favorite sides.
