Broth Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Add Flavorings
Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste until fully dissolved. Add minced garlic, sliced ginger, and half of the chopped green onions.

Simmer
Let the broth simmer for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Noodle Cooking

Cook Noodles
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.

Drain and Rinse
Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Assembly

Serve Broth
Ladle the prepared broth into bowls.

Add Noodles
Place a portion of the cooked ramen noodles into each bowl of broth.

Add Toppings
Top the noodles with soft-boiled eggs (halved), sliced pork belly, nori sheets, bamboo shoots, corn kernels, and a drizzle of chili oil.

Finish with the remaining chopped green onions as garnish.
