If you are using chicken, shrimp, or smoked pork, ensure it's cooked and shredded or chopped into bite-sized pieces.
Assembling the Nachos

Layer the Tortilla Chips
Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

Add the Protein
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken, shrimp, or smoked pork over the tortilla chips.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the protein, followed by the ranch beans, salsa, jalapeños, and chopped green onions.

Final Layer
Add the remaining tortilla chips on top, followed by the rest of the cheese.
Baking

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once baked, remove from the oven and serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
