Melt the Cheeses
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the Monterey Jack cheese and cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

Add Chiles and Seasoning
Stir in the canned green chiles, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook until heated through and creamy, about 5 minutes.

Combine Beans and Seasoning
Add the pinto beans and ranch seasoning mix to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
House-made Chips

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Tortillas
Cut the corn tortillas into triangles. Fry in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Season the Chips
Sprinkle with salt while still warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
