In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable and slightly toasted.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Take a warm tortilla and add your choice of filling (ground beef, black beans, or grilled chicken).

Top your filled taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and slices of avocado. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
