Method
Cooking the Beef

Brown the Ground Beef
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the ground beef. Use a wooden spoon to break the beef into smaller pieces. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Taco Seasoning
Once the beef is browned, drain any excess fat. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well. If needed, add a little water (about 1/4 cup) to help distribute the seasoning. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Preparing the Fillings

Chop the Lettuce
Wash the lettuce thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Dice the Tomato
Wash and dice the tomato into small cubes. Set aside.

Prepare the Cheese and Sour Cream
In a bowl, have the shredded cheese and sour cream ready for assembling the tacos.
Assembling the Tacos

Fill the Taco Shells
Take a taco shell and fill it with a generous scoop of the seasoned ground beef. Top with chopped lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.

Repeat the filling process for the remaining taco shells. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
