Prepare the Glass
Take a lime wedge and rub it around the rim of a cocktail glass. Dip the rim into salt to coat it evenly. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Cuervo Tradicional tequila, mezcal, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, pomegranate juice, and agave syrup.
Shaking and Serving

Shake the Mixture
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass. Optionally, you can use a fine mesh strainer to catch any pulp from the juices.

Garnish the margarita with fresh sage leaves and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top for a decorative touch.
