Beef Preparation

Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

In the same skillet with the cooked beef, add the cooked rice, canned black beans (drained and rinsed), and shredded cheese. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.

Fill the Tortillas
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the beef, rice, and cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Top with a spoonful of the salsa.

Roll the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up, tightly enclosing the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve the Burritos
Cut the burritos in half if desired, and serve warm with extra salsa on the side.
