Preparing the Broth

Combine Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the vegetable broth, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste or Sriracha, minced garlic, and minced ginger.

Heat the Broth
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the miso paste is fully dissolved and the broth is well combined, about 5 minutes.
Cooking the Noodles

Boil Water
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil for the ramen noodles.

Cook Noodles
Add the ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, typically around 4-5 minutes.

Drain Noodles
Once cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside.
Assemble the Ramen

Prepare Serving Bowls
In bowls, place an equal amount of cooked ramen noodles.

Add Broth
Ladle the hot miso broth over the noodles in each bowl.

Add Toppings
Top the ramen with sweet corn, sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, nori strips, and cubed tofu if using.
