Prepare the Tuna Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Ahi tuna, softened cream cheese, and finely chopped jalapeño. Mix until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Make the Spicy Aioli

Mix Aioli Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Tuna Popper

Prepare for Serving
Remove the tuna filling from the refrigerator. Use a spoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and form into small balls or patties.
