Prepare the Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rinsed rice and water in a medium saucepan, cover, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for another 10 minutes.

Prepare the Ahi Tuna
While the rice is resting, cut the sashimi-grade Ahi tuna into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna with soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss gently to coat and set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

Thinly slice the avocado, cucumber, radishes, and green onions. Set aside each topping in separate bowls for easy assembly.
