Prepare the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Slice the Cucumber
While the salmon is baking, wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference.

Chop the Scallions
Wash and finely chop the scallions, using both the white and green parts.
Assembly

Assemble the Dish
Once the salmon is done, allow it to cool slightly. On a serving platter, place the baked salmon on one side. Arrange the cucumber slices and chopped scallions around the salmon.

Add Tempura Flakes and Sauces
Sprinkle tempura flakes generously over the salmon. Drizzle spicy aioli and eel sauce over the entire dish for added flavor.
