Shrimp Preparation

Cook the Shrimp
In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Boil for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drain.

Prepare the Jalapeno
Slice the jalapeno thinly and set aside for topping.

Prepare Tempura Flakes
Place tempura flakes in a bowl and set aside for later use.

Slice the Ahi
Thinly slice the ahi tuna and set aside for topping.

Slice the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin wedges.

Assemble
On a serving dish, layer the cooked shrimp, and top with sliced jalapeno, tempura flakes, sliced ahi, and avocado.

Add Sauces
Drizzle the FIRE sauce and eel sauce over the assembled dish to taste.

Garnish
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro on top before serving.
