Method

Preparation of Fish

  1. 1

    Dice the Ahi and Salmon

Using a sharp knife, dice the Ahi tuna and salmon into small cubes, about 1/2 inch in size. Place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Add the house poke sauce to the diced fish in the bowl. Gently mix to ensure all the fish is coated. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Preparation of Fruits & Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Mango

Peel and dice the mango into small cubes, similar in size to the fish. Set aside.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Avocado

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Dice the avocado into small cubes and set aside.

  3. 5

    Slice the Cucumber

Cut the English cucumber in half lengthwise and slice it into thin half-moon shapes.

  4. 6

    Chop the Green Onions

Finely chop the green onions, both the white and green parts, and set aside.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a large serving bowl, combine the marinated Ahi and salmon with the diced mango, avocado, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions. Gently toss to mix all the ingredients together.

  2. 8

    Garnish

Sprinkle the tobiko and roasted sesame seeds over the top of the poke bowl for added flavor and texture.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve the poke bowl immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
