Pineapple Fusion Vodka
Prepare the Pineapple
Cut the fresh pineapple into small chunks, discarding the skin and core.
Strain the Infusion
After the infusion period, strain the vodka through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle, discarding the pineapple chunks.
Cocktail Preparation
Mix the Cocktail
In a shaker, add 60 ml of the house-made pineapple fusion vodka and 240 ml of fresh squeezed orange juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
Serve
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
