Mimosa Base

Extra Garnishes (optional)

Method

Preparing the Mimosa

1

Chill the Champagne

Ensure the champagne or sparkling wine is properly chilled before serving. It should be at a temperature of around 40°F (4°C).

2

Mix the Base

In a large pitcher, combine the chilled champagne or sparkling wine with fresh orange juice. Stir gently to mix, ensuring the champagne retains its fizz.

3

Prepare for Serving

Fill champagne flutes or glasses with the mimosa mixture, filling each glass halfway to allow for the addition of garnishes.

4

Add Garnishes (optional)

If desired, add a splash of grenadine for a touch of sweetness and color. Garnish with fresh orange slices, berries, or mint leaves to enhance the presentation.
