Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass or highball glass with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the El Jimador Reposado, fresh lime juice, and St. George’s raspberry liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour the ginger beer over the mixture in the glass.

Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
