Toppings

Method

Burger Patties Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Patty Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties about 3/4 inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium, adding cheese slices during the last minute of cooking if desired.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen fries.

  2. 5

    Bake the Fries

Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 6

    Toast the Buns (Optional)

If desired, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 7

    Build the Burger

Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Cover with the top half of the bun.
