Hamburger Steak Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Cook Patties
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Add Tomato Sauce
Stir in the tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finish the Sauce
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
Assembly

Serve
Place each hamburger steak on a plate and spoon the tapado sauce over the top. Serve hot.
