Juicing the Oranges
Cut the fresh oranges in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. You should aim for about 2 cups of fresh orange juice.

Sweetening the Juice (Optional)
If you prefer a sweeter mimosa, stir in 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar into the fresh orange juice until it is fully dissolved.

Freezing the Juice
Pour the fresh orange juice into ice cube trays and freeze for about 4-6 hours or until solid.

Blending
In a blender, combine the frozen orange juice cubes with a splash of champagne or sparkling wine. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more orange juice cubes.

Pour the blended mixture into champagne flutes. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
