Chop Ingredients
Finely chop the walnuts and sunflower seeds in a food processor until they resemble a coarse meal. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Combine and Season
Add the chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Assemble Tacos

Warm Tortillas
In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Add Nutmeat Mixture
Place a generous portion of the nutmeat mixture onto each warmed tortilla.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the nutmeat, followed by diced tomatoes, a drizzle of hot sauce, and a handful of romaine lettuce and sprouts.
