Method
Ice Cream Base Preparation
Combine Base Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Chill the Mixture
Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to chill thoroughly.
Flavoring and Churning
Add Flavors
Once the base is chilled, divide the mixture into four equal portions in separate bowls. Add chocolate syrup to one portion, peach puree to another, chopped strawberries to the third, and brewed coffee to the last.
Churn the Ice Cream
Pour each flavored mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze the Ice Cream
Transfer each flavored ice cream to separate airtight containers and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
