Soy Milk Directions

Soak Soybeans
Rinse the soybeans under cold water and soak them in 3 cups of water overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Blend & Strain
After soaking, drain and rinse the soybeans. In a blender, combine the soybeans with 4 cups of water and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag into a large bowl to separate the milk from the pulp.

Sweeten (Optional)
If desired, add sweetener and vanilla extract to the milk, and blend for a few seconds to incorporate.

Rinse the raw almonds under cold water and soak them in water for at least 12 hours or overnight.

After soaking, drain and rinse the almonds. In a blender, combine the almonds with 4 cups of fresh water and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag into a large bowl to separate the milk from the pulp.
