Method

Preparation of Base

1

Combine Base Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Flavoring Preparation

2

Add Cocoa for Chocolate Flavor

Divide the base mixture into two parts. To one part, add cocoa powder and mix well until fully incorporated.

3

Add Raspberry Puree

To the other part of the base mixture, add raspberry puree and stir until well blended.

4

Add Blackberry Puree

For the blackberry flavor, you can either add more base mixture if you want to keep it separate or mix it with the raspberry mixture for a swirl effect. If keeping separate, blend the blackberry puree with the additional base mixture.

Freezing

5

Transfer to Freezer-Friendly Containers

Transfer each flavored mixture (vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, and blackberry) into separate freezer-safe containers. Smooth the tops with a spatula.

6

Freeze

Cover the containers with lids or plastic wrap and place in the freezer. Allow to freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Serving

7

Scoop and Serve

Once frozen, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly before scooping. Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy!
