Preparing the Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until they are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Chop the Celery
Wash and cut the celery sticks into bite-sized pieces and place them on a serving platter.
- 7
Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine bleu cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 8
