Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, usually about 30 seconds.

Prepare Glass
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass, such as a hurricane glass or a tall glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
