Prepare the Pear Purée
If not using store-bought pear purée, blend ripe pears in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired for a smoother texture.

Chill the Glass
Place a cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the drink.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the El Jimador Añejo tequila, elote liqueur, vanilla liqueur, and pear purée.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Serving

Strain into Glass
Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.

Garnish the drink with fresh pear slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder on top.
