Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: Bully Boy bourbon, Lillet Blanc, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime, pandan extract, and a lime wheel for garnish.

Juice the Lime
Cut the lime in half and use a juicer to extract 0.75 oz of fresh lime juice. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Bully Boy bourbon, 1 oz of Lillet Blanc, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, 0.75 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 0.25 tsp of pandan extract.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Serving

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
