Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Cut the Vegetables

Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are grilled, plate the salmon alongside the grilled vegetables. Serve immediately.
