Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated.

Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not touching each other to allow for even cooking.
