1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breast and coat it well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a serving bowl, place a bed of rice. Top with sliced chicken, and serve alongside the salad. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce to taste.
