In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice until desired consistency is achieved.

Fill a chilled glass or cocktail glass with ice if desired.
