Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream and whole milk. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Once the mixture is smooth, add the rainbow sprinkles. Pulse the blender a few times to mix in the sprinkles without breaking them down completely.

Pour the milkshake mixture into tall glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
