Bread the Cheese Sticks
Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then roll it in the seasoned bread crumbs until fully coated. Repeat for all cheese sticks.

Chill the Cheese Sticks
Place the breaded mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet and freeze them for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape when frying.

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 6
Fry the Mozzarella Sticks
Carefully add a few mozzarella sticks to the hot oil at a time, frying for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
